Palazzo Seneca is set in the charming and medieval walled city of Norcia, and along with the surrounding area, it is a destination well known for the natural beauty of its Sibilini Mountains, for its fascinating history and traditions, and for its many local delicacies --- including black truffles, prosciutti and salumi, lentils and more. The incredibly gracious team at Palazzo Seneca have made it easy to envision and book a visit to this area by taking the time to curate a variety of compelling experiences for their guests, but the truffle hunting excursion, available all year long, in particular is one that cannot be missed.
